We had a wonderful stay here for our holiday. It did not disappoint. Great bars open whole day. Specially steak dinner at Madcow on the 9th floor. Food was great and service is amazing. We felt welcomed from the first moment. The staff team Chau Anh, Thu, Ngoc, Han were super attentive and professional. Cocktails from Hung was great. Would come back next time

I stayed in a Suite Room at Pullman Phu Quoc and it was truly amazing. The Suite is very spacious, comfortable and designed with great modern style. Everything feels premium and relaxing from the moment you enter. There are 2 places for breakfast for suite/executive guests. Breakfast on the 9th floor executive area is outstanding – peaceful atmosphere, stunning view, and excellent quality food. Most importantly, the service there is perfect. Staff are very professional and attentive, especially Giau, Khang and Hanh. They made the experience even better – always smiling, always quick to help, always remembering details. Really 5-star hospitality. I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended.

Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful spa experience clean and luxurious. My husband & I booked two hour treatments and were allowed to use the steam room, jacuzzi and showers prior to treatment complementary. Linh provided a helpful consultation of services and nice parting tea and treat. Herbal massage was lovely with skilled technicians Loan & Han. Overall fantastic experience!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour.
