Excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and above all Eco Friendly initiatives. Valet parking option was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay. Lake view from the room was amazing. I wish Pullman had spa pool or has tie up with well known pool in Rotorua. The cast option between room TV and laptop was not great, its a known tech glitch, nothing to do with hotel TV.

Very nice resort. The location was amazing! The staff was great, especially the valet team. We did not try the restaurant since we were within a 1 mins walk to eat street, but each time we passed it was busy with customers. So that is a good sign. The rooms were very very large! I appreciate all the space. The bathroom layout was interesting, but not an issue or any kind. They do have the ability to book in-room massages which is a huge bonus. I would recommend them for your stay in Rotorua.

A very fresh and modern hotel located in the center of small city. Very clean and modern with friendly staff. rooms are spacious, but have not been designed very thoughtfully. I had a bit of issue finding place to hang my clothes which was a bit strange. The wardrobe size for family day is probably too small. there is only one restaurant on site, but the breakfast is delicious although variety is not super large. l had a half board meal plan and the 3 course dinner. Location of the hotel is very convenient with shops around and a bus stop right in the front. Also, there are many restaurants in the food Street just behind the hotel. Rotorua is a small place and everything is within a walking distance mainly. there is no pool in the hotel and also no outdoor sitting area, which is a bit of disappointment. The hotel offers on site bike rental, which is a big plus and it made it very convenient for me to explore the area. unfortunately, there is no business center on site although there are meeting rooms available, which is something I was not expecting for a hotel of this level .

Our car was well taken care of. We decided valet parking would be easier than checking on paid street parking. In the room they left a welcome plate with happy birthday greetings with delicious cakes. Thank you! The lake view was great. The room was clean. But there was one only tissue left and the soap bottle was broken. The TV remote didn't work with the hotel facilities page. At times the staff didn't know information we sought. The dining room had an amazing breakfast buffet but it was organised in such a way that didn't cope with many people at once. Dinner in the restaurant was good, however, the medium rare lamb came out almost raw and raw in places. When that was mentioned, they attended to it by taking off an amount from the bill. Their payment system was unclear to the staff. For example, we paid for breakfast the previous evening, but there was no record of it at the breakfast check in which isn't ideal. The king mattress needs an upgrade! The smallest movement was felt right across the bed. These many small things unfortunately outweighed the lovely things like the spacious room and convenience to restaurants, the beautiful gardens and the amazing Polynesian Spa. Unfortunately, this hotel is not up to the room price, or expectations of a 5star hotel. The staff were very sweet and willing to assist and could do with a bit more customer training.
