Great service. The staffs very friendly and helpful. Clean pool and nice breakfast. The room is comfy but I prefer the bathroom and toilet not separated. There's no bidet... A lot of food around this area and about 10mins drive to Takashimaya and Vincom Center Dong Khoi Mall. However, the lift sometimes has very strong smoking smell.

We had dinner in the lounge on the ground floor when we arrived. We were made to feel very welcome. Our waiter, Si, explained about the food and wine and looked after us very well. The food was amazing 🤩. Service here and at reception was exceptional. Our room is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

The Pullman Hotel offers not only luxury accommodation but also an impressive dining experience. One of the highlights is its rooftop restaurant, where I had the chance to enjoy one of the best beefsteaks in the city. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor, accompanied by well-prepared side dishes that complemented the meal beautifully. What made the experience even more memorable was the atmosphere. From the rooftop, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the city, especially stunning in the evening with all the sparkling lights. The combination of excellent food, attentive service, and breathtaking scenery creates a truly special dining experience. For anyone looking for a perfect spot to enjoy high-quality steak in a stylish and romantic setting, the Pullman rooftop is definitely worth a visit.

Not even a 4 star hotel. The room is very dark, not sufficient light in the bathroom. Too much of glass window but not proper curtain to cover the private space. AC is automatically adjusted even if trying to adjust the temperature you want. Facility is old, no working table as usual business hotel. Very very very noisy because of bar/club at night. Not deserve a 5 star. Update: Staff is nice and friendly to change to a new room in the center, not the corner one. Much better light arrangement and no noise.
