Very good option for the price range. We got our room upgraded and it was awesome. The facility is very modern and the locations is great. Service is 5 stars. Internet is very decent for Vietnam. If you are looking for a modern mid range hotel this place is a no brainer.

The stay at Pullman was quite pleasant. I was upgraded to a deluxe room and room was well equipped. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice but perhaps, the bathtub was situated in a odd place dividing the room privacy without a physical wall but a auto-blind. I also dropped by the roof top bar on 30/F…. Music was great and it had a great view!! Overall, its convenience location and the stay was enjoyable!

I stay regularly in this hotel and the level three breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff addressed me by name and remembered what I had last time for breakfast! - truly phenomenal in addition to the wide ranging good quality food available. Particularly love the new management initiatives of Vietnamese coffee stations and specialities which make the experience more special and personal!

Staff were very nice and very good. Overall, it was over my expectations. For example, I checked in at about 6 pm, and the staff told me it was happy hour. So, I was able to enjoy my dinner in the executive lounge bar. Wow, that is the benefit of being a platinum member. Even, it locate In the old town, there is a good view.
