Pullman Saigon Centre

The facilities are all in great quality and the food was so fantastic - so much variety and delicious. The service was by far the highlight of out stay. In particular i'd like to shout out to Ha, Y, My, Tram, Trieu from Food Connexion who were an absolute gem and so wonderful to speak with. We were so sorry they were not around when we check out as we really wanted to thank them for making our time there extra enjoyable.

Hotel is lovely, the entrance welcomes you with fresh lillies that elevate the space in look and smell. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and courteous whenever we had questions for them. The rooms are lovely but just beware if you are sharing with a friend with the open plan bathroom situation. There was a blind that gave some privacy, but if you want full privacy I recommend you get separate rooms. Our room was lovely great views and very comfortable, AMAZING shower and really nice toiletries. The hotel is in a good location near to a LOT of nightlife. Will most definitely stay at the Pullman Saigon again when I return to HCMC.

We love the location of the Pullman. It has been central to our business activities. Upon checkin, staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff are always friendly and attentive a credit to the hotel management training. Breakfast has been excellent with the variety of choices each morning. You have an excecptional staff member called Ha who has looked after us really well. Would appreciate recognition going to her. Would recommend Pullman Saigon Centre to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Pullman HCMC is a wonderful location in the middle of the old Saigon. In the middle of the Foreign Area it provides a pole of tranquility in a hectic and interesting surrounding. I used executive amenities so my opinion may be biased by the wonderful executive floor in the 30th floor where it is a breeze to host business friends and get served mostly all day long with amenities, beverages and foods [ 2 different per meal ], a selection of bread, wines [ 6-8 pm ], etc. For quality is excellent and despite the different interests there was always something which I liked. They presebt a selection of fruits and coffee and tea in all possible variations. Gym naturally inclusive, swimming pool wonderful, 2 pieces to wash every day included in the executive, Breakfast is a feast and treat of the senses. Almost perfect decoration. Lovely helpful and attentive staff. All staff is wonderfully English spoken. Improved every year. NEGATIVE : If you want to get some Marmelade, Jelly or Honey you have to spoil it on your regular dish. That's very inconvenient and I am used to small pots where you can take the Marmelade, Jelly or Honey on your dish to the place and then don't spoil it over your plate. But anything else really good. Sometimes you search for small spoons but as I said minor issues. Staff helps always in seconds. Will definitely come back.
