My husband and I LOVE this hotel. It is a well maintained 5 star hotel. We stayed 8 nights earlier this year and 2 nights this time. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful. Soundproofing is effective and the room is large and quiet. Breakfast is always great and the coffee the best we've had in 8.5 weeks of overseas travel. We enjoy the benefits of Accor membership. The staff that have stood out this time are: Mathew and Rabina at breakfast Sam the breakfast chef Santiago breakfast and bar. There were other great staff members but I didn't get their names. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in future. Well it is now 31 November and we are back again to this hotel. The same staff stand out again that I mentioned 3 weeks ago but when I asked 2 of the staff that I mentioned in my review from 3 weeks ago neither of them had heard that they were mentioned as being exceptional staff members. I would like to see staff members getting recognition for their excellent service. Bella at reception was also exceptional yesterday as I did not realise that as a Platinum member that my husband and I will get a complimentary breakfast each day. PLEASE pass on our compliments to your staff.

I tried calling Housekeeping and Customer Service from my room several times, but both lines were engaged the entire time. I finally managed to reach Room Service, but they refused to restock the drinking water, stating, “You can drink tap water in Australia.” In addition, the cleaner left a cleaning spray in the room and did not restock the water or coffee supplies.
