Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Tour details: Understand the arrival and daily operations of residents at the Quarantine Station. You’ll explore the heritage buildings and discover the stories of migrants through the 19th and 20th centuries. Meet at the Visitor’s Centre at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour and make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Tours start at 11am or 12pm. Guests may book their tour in advance or on arrival to secure their spot. To secure your date, contact the booking team directly at 02 9466 1551.
- Welcome wine includes the choice of red, white or sparkling, or a non-alcoholic option, served at reception during check-in.
- Officers Cottages are all unique, some have one bathroom and some have two bathrooms, and may differ slightly from images.
