I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions and the heart of the city. The facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A spur of the moment booking of the Premium Apartment with 2 bedrooms was a very enjoyable stay. Meticulously clean, well maintained, really comfortable beds and pillows, crisp sheets. All was perfect. Service desk was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything.

Great stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was in a good central location, close to Flinders street station. Good to have space to move around and a kitchen to use. Bed was comfy and view was great with the private balcony. Enjoyed the pool, was not cold like other places. Breakfast was nice with a great selection and barista made coffee.

We had a lovely stay at the Quay West Suites last weekend. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The view was great - we were on the 14th floor. The staff on arrival were so lovely and I thank them for their kindness and attention. The breakfast was average, but again the staff were very friendly. We used the heated pool and hot tub, which was very relaxing. In terms of value for money, I am not sure. The room was just under $400, which I guess was as much about the location as anything else.
