Amazing sea view from every room. All rooms have a panoramic view of the ocean, and higher floors give even better views. Rooms are cleaner than in most hotels in Cam Ranh. The resort has a small water park with slides for both kids and adults, which is fun for families. Staff is friendly, and the beach is just a short walk away. Great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

My partner and I stayed at Radisson Blu a while ago, and even though it’s been some time, the memories are still fresh in our hearts. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail – always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with a stunning view that took our breath away every morning. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room – from the comfortable bedding to the little details that made us feel at home. Breakfast was a daily delight – full of fresh, delicious options and served in such a calm and elegant atmosphere. We still remember sitting there together, sipping coffee and feeling grateful for the peace and beauty surrounding us. Radisson Blu is more than just a hotel – it was a space where we built special memories as a couple. Thank you for making our time together even more meaningful. Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or families looking for a place that truly understands hospitality.

1. The resort has beautiful, clean scenery and views. However, I don’t understand why, upon check-out, I had to carry my own luggage to the gate without anyone offering to help or even asking if I needed assistance. (Maybe it’s because I didn’t ask, but in a high-end resort, I’d expect the staff to be more attentive and proactive—this would have made my experience much better.) 2. The air conditioner in the room was very difficult to adjust. I called the receptionist and was told to check the piece of paper with a QR code on the table, but scanning it only led to a generic instruction sheet with no actual way to control the temperature. So I just had to leave it on auto mode. 4. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes from Asian to Western, but most of them were not very good. I tried the sushi, and the rice was hard with a rather sour taste (I went down at 8 AM, so maybe it had been sitting out for too long). I think it would have been better if it was kept warm in a steamer or something similar. The pho was quite good, and I really enjoyed the coconut coffee. 5. The resort offers cycling as an activity, but most of the bicycles were rusty, and some even had flat tires, making them unusable. 6. There was the difference in how guests seemed to be treated. During my stay, I saw foreign guests being greeted warmly, offered assistance with luggage, and engaged in friendly conversation, while local guests like myself were barely acknowledged unless we approached staff first (even though I am a Vietnamese-born foreigner). It left me with the impression that the resort prioritizes making a good impression on international visitors, but doesn’t extend the same level of attention to Vietnamese guests—which was disappointing, especially for a property claiming five-star standards. Overall experience: Beautiful scenery and a nice setting, but the service and maintenance fall short of resort standards. There’s not enough reason to return.
