A good 4 star hotel with clean, comfortable, and modern rooms. The breakfast is great with a very wide variety of tastes foods. There's something for every palette. The service at this hotel is great and it's good value for money.

This hotel might have been one of the best I have stayed in for a long time! It was an incredible hotel with so much to offer and it felt like a never-ending explorers dream. The rooms were so immaculately clean and it felt as though it was always being cleaned. The staff were so beyond kind and courteous. The rooms had amazing coffee makers, tea selections, great views of Osaka, amazing showers, spacious rooms (depending on the one you pick of course) and a great shuttle service to the train station. I really enjoyed the surrounding area as well but nothing beat having a 7/11 inside the hotel! The hotel also offered many good food options and restaurants. Breakfast with a view of the waterfall was an excellent touch! There was an entire basement level of boutique style shops too! If you want to spend a little more money they have golf simulator, a private pool...but there is also a free pool and great gym at the hotel as well! I truly enjoyed being able to go and have a massage or even have one in the room! It was a perfect way to relax after long flights, trains, or walks! This hotel had everyone you could ever wish for and I cant recommend it more!

Before I arrived at the hotel, I’d seen some bad reviews and had poor expectations of the rooms and the service. Unfortunately the first room they gave us, the AC wasn’t working and it was almost 80 degrees in there with no way to cool it down. When I raised this with the staff they first suggested a fan and they would take a look tomorrow, but I rejected the idea as it would have been impossible to sleep in that heat. After that, they gave us another room with functioning AC. The whole process only took about 20 minutes between me going to the check in desk and switching to the new room. The hotel itself seemed quite grand, with multiple shops and restaurants onsite. The staff was exceedingly courteous, and the room was modern, spacious, and well equipped with amenities. Though the location itself required some walking back and forth to more distant train stations, it was never more than a 15-17 minute walk, and gave us a good opportunity to walk off the food after dinner. We also made use of the shuttle from Osaka station quite a few times as well. Overall, the hotel was very impressive! I’m really glad I gave it a chance and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is large, very large. With this comes you and your reservation being just another reservation. We were a party of 8 with 4 room bookings. The hotel was hot and in two rooms air conditioning did not work. We changed rooms the next day (twice) and still could not get the temp lower than 23. Staff tried to help but the aircon in a hotel this size is just poor and out of date. The hotel was over 30 mins to namba and a bit of a walk to everywhere. This hotel is better suited to the business community who are happy to take talks everywhere.
