Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Breakfast will be served semi-buffet style at the Dining Room Restaurant from 7am to 10.30am daily.
- The two-course set menu is a choice between lunch or dinner served at the Dining Room Restaurant. Lunch is served from 11am to 5pm daily, and dinner is served from 6pm to 9.30pm.
- In place of the daily cocktail inclusion, children will receive one non-alcoholic soft drink or juice. This inclusion is valid throughout the entire day, with last orders at 10.30pm
- The resort activities are as per the resort’s schedule and subject to availability.
- Roundtrip airport transfers must be reserved through the resort at least seven days in advance.
- 30-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute massage inclusions must be reserved in advance through the resort.
