Had a lovely afternoon tea. Seating area was lovely very relaxed and wasn't rushed. Food was lovely and the cocktail was an extra nice treat. Would highly recommend. A special mention to Pervel on the door he made us feel so welcome and remembered us when we left, he's an asset to your team

We had a 3 course meal with a bottle of sparkling wine for 2 last night as part of a Red Letter Day voucher, it was amazing! The food, wine, service, setting, everything was excellent. It is a set menu but the choices were great. The steak (which was an additional cost) was spectacular! Best steak I've ever had and it wasn't even mine but my husbands! 🤣 It was his birthday and they even brought out a little cake with a decorated plate! We will be going back for sure. Our local pub costs more than that for a single course and 2 drinks each and you don't get anything like it at all. Thank you very much indeed! 😊

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping staff were incredibly thorough and attentive, always ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Towels were changed regularly, and the bed was made perfectly each day. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The common areas are clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to walk through the lobby or enjoy a coffee in the lounge. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service

The location is convenient, safe neighborhood, and 3-min walk from metro station. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is super quiet which is a game changer for me. As most London hotels, the rooms and furniture are kind of old but clean, however unfortunately someone seemed to forget emptying the bathroom trash bag when I checked into my room. The room I got had no sunlight at all. I couldn't tell when it's daytime or nighttime. I didn't try their food to be fair. Ameneties available in the room: Towels, bath robe, slippers, iron, laundry bag, toilete paper, tissue box, shower cap, soap bar, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bottomline, I will probably come back again.
