Getting to The Ruby Collection is easy! The hotel is approximately 35 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta or an hour-and-a-half’s drive from Brisbane airport.

Flights to Brisbane depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 8 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 15 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 9 hours).

Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please contact the resort directly for assistance (extra charges apply).

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

One-Bedroom Apartment (Standard & Ocean-View) – Package valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests are not permitted.

Child Policy: Additional children are not permitted.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided at a surcharge of AU$10 per night, payable directly to the property.

Two-Bedroom Apartment (Standard & Ocean-View) – Package valid for four people
