No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$55 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$10 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge on request.

Family Room – Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).
