Went to a Hi-tea experience today. It was a most relaxing time. Nicola was informative and attentive without being over the top. The room was peaceful and the views just amazing. The food was delicious. Enough of a balance between savoury and sweet. Options of add ons available. For the price of $55.00 I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it. An added bonus, unexpected, was a glass of bubbly. I come home full and very relaxed. A wonderful few hours.

We recently stayed in this hotel, and the experience was magical. The rooms were very clean, amenities super efficient, service very friendly, staff very helpful and their overall service is generous and thoughtful. We loved the spa and the fact that they allow you to enjoy your stay without bother. We had a nice view of the town and managed to be caught up with one or two nice events happening at the place indicating just how well people appreciate the service. I loved the red, white, pink, and yellow hibiscus flowers outside the hotel, not forgetting the generous buffet breakfast. Anytime I go to Adelaide, this is my place of stay, definitely 😉❤️❤️❤️

Was a nice clean room, bed was a little hard, requested a room with a bath, didn't get one.Food was beautiful but breakfast was late, not the complete order and was cold. Bathroom electrics were a little concerning with sparks thrown from switch. Front staff were very friendly but I don't think I'd stay there again

Disappointing Service and Unfair Charges I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience unfortunately leaves me no other choice. I made a phone booking with this hotel and later that same day, I called to cancel it. I was explicitly informed that the cancellation was fully processed and no further action was required from my end. Despite this clear confirmation, I was subsequently charged for the nights I was supposed to stay. After numerous attempts to resolve this through emails and phone calls, the hotel has consistently refused to acknowledge the cancellation was ever made. Their justification was that the staff member I spoke with had no recollection of our conversation. This response is unacceptable, as it places the burden of proof on the customer and effectively dismisses a staff member's error. The hotel should honor the cancellation and promptly process a refund for services that were never rendered. This level of customer service is truly poor and incredibly frustrating.
