Sanctoo Suites & Villas is hidden in the peaceful village of Singapadu on the fringes of Ubud, around 20 minutes from Ubud centre. It sits adjacent to Bali Zoo and is just a short drive from Sukawati Art Market and Ubud Traditional Art Market. The glistening waters of Tegenungan Waterfall are 15 minutes by car. The resort is a 50-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). One-way airport transfers are included for certain packages, please see Fine Print for details.

Compulsory Gala Dinners: For stays on 25 and 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR 500,000 (2+) applies for the compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Gala dinner (set-menu or buffet). Payable directly to the hotel.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Cudo. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included activities and zoo access will be organised by the resort at check-in.
• Breakfast is served in the restaurant for suite guests, and in the restaurant or villa for villa guests, there are no specified times for breakfast.
• Included lunch or dinner is from a set menu and is subject to variation
• Dinner is served between 6pm and 10.30pm
• Included elephant ride is operated by Animal Encounters and includes an elephant ride, feeding and pick up, and drop off at your villa.
• The included cocktail is the ‘daily cocktail’ and can be had in the restaurant.
• Children (11 and under) will receive meals per package inclusions. Should you wish to purchase any additional meals, kids also eat free when dining with paying adults.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, and six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked for a surcharge of US$3. Guests can also bring their own infant seat.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, transfer will be considered cancelled.
