Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR250,000 per adult (12+) and IDR150,000 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: A one-way airport transfer either on arrival or departure OR return private airport transfers (depending on the package purchased), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.

  • Rates are per car, one way.
  • A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
  • An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.

This hotel is located right on Double Road – perfect walking distance to money changers, shops, street food, and even a quick laundry service! The location is super convenient if you’re in the city for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious good variety. Everyday new menu. Important tip: The rooms facing the road can be very noisy due to nonstop traffic. The sound literally gets in your head! I requested a change, and management kindly moved us to a larger, quieter room at the back corner – a much better experience. They also collected and safely stored our laundry while we were out, and even kept our luggage after checkout. Car parking was safe and easy. One front desk person was a bit rude, but thankfully another staff member helped us kindly and professionally. Overall, a good stay if you ask for a quiet room!

I was disappointed in my stay at Hotel Santika. I stayed for two weeks while I was recovering from dental surgery. Unfortunately my room smelled really, really bad. It made all my clothes smell really bad and I had to get them all washed (the hotel does laundry but it is exorbitantly expensive so I went elsewhere). The shower leaks all over the bathroom, making it incredibly slippery and it never dries. There was some mould on the walls and the sheets were always dirty, with visible stains. The wifi does not work, if you need to do any work from home you need to have unlimited data as the wifi is, by all intents, useless. I spoke to the front desk about my issues with the room on my second or third day and they sent a cleaner up who sprayed the room with an air freshener - which lasted about an hour. They also said the cleaner said the room didn't smell so I suppose theyre just used to it. I was disappointed they didn't try to resolve my other issues. I wasn't impressed with the customer service, I've never complained at a hotel before and I was a bit nervous and tried to be really nice, but perhaps I should have been more forceful as they essentially did nothing. I was quite upset. The breakfasts looked okay - in fairness, I couldn't eat for 90% of my stay, so I can't comment - but it was a fairly standard buffet. I ate at the hotel restaurant the day before my surgery and it was very bad, I would not recommend. The location is not good. It's on an incredibly busy main road and there is no pedestrian crossing. My tip if you choose to stay here is to cross directly in front of the hotel (don't walk up to the intersection). It is very dangerous. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to good shops and restaurants. The rooms are fairly noisy, they each have doorbells and housekeeping will ring them, so if you are trying to sleep in, you will constantly wake up to the sound of other people's doorbells - which are so loud they sound like they could be in your room. There are roosters crowing from 5am and dogs barking all night (I understand this is not the hotels fault though), and of course traffic from the busy road. Because I stayed so many days I didn't need housekeeping every day, but when I would put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door they would still call me every time double checking - I know this might seem like a nice touch, but I did tell them I was recovering from surgery and the calls would always wake me up when I was trying to sleep. This happened every second day. The hotel also does events on the rooftop which can be incredibly noisy. If you are by the elevators you will not sleep. The rooftop pool was very dirty and all the decking was loose. There is no shade there. All in all, for the price, it's just not worth it. You can get much nicer hotels in far better locations. I didn't know the area and just wanted somewhere close to my dentist. Unfortunately my booking was non-refundable or I would have left after the first day. Some positives: the foyer is lovely and smells nice. They provide FOUR free bottles (about 500ml?) of mineral water every day.
