Sea World Resort

Sea World Resort is located right next door to Sea World and a short walk from Philip Park North Beach. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and a 15-minute drive from Surfers Paradise. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• One child (13 and under) eats a free buffet breakfast with every full-paying adult. Valid at Shoreline Restaurant only.
• Two daily drinks per package is available at any resort outlet at any time of the day during opening hours.
• A$50 Animal Adventure credit can be used towards a Sea World Animal Adventure. Not transferable for cash and must be used during stay. Unused credit is non-refundable. Excludes Customised Programs, Animal Photo Opportunities and Glass Bottom Boat Tours. Certain criteria must be met to participate in each of the Animal Adventures programs. They are strictly enforced to ensure the safety of guests, staff and animals. All participation is subject to final assessment by the Marine Sciences staff member at the time of attendance and all conditions and/or information are subject to change without notice. • Massage and beauty credits are redeemable at Sea World Resort Relaxation Corporation. Please note advanced booking are required for the massage vouchers - bookings must be prepaid for minimum one-hour massage or beauty treatment for appointments between 11am and 3pm. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice. Call 0415 751 751 to book.
• 10% off selected food and drinks valid for Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country. Present Family Holiday Pass to redeem. Discounts are not available at mobile food and drink carts.
• Advance booking is essential for the 20% off Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland tickets. Call 133 386 quoting your resort reservation number.
• One A$20 Top Golf gameplay voucher is available per package and a Lifetime Membership is available per person. Must be redeemed during the stay period. Not valid with any other promotions or discounts. Present Holiday Pass on arrival at Top Golf.
• Save 15% with Sea World Cruises. This offer entitles you to a 15% discount on all Sea World Cruises products, including daily specials for Cruises (Whale Watching, Lunch & Dinner Cruises), ArroJet and HOPO.
• A$20 retail voucher is available for redemption at the Sea World Resort Gift shop, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet ‘n’ Wild and Paradise Country gift shops for non-consignment items. Retail voucher is redeemable within the stay period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer and cannot be combined. Not valid on mobile carts within theme parks. Must be used in a single transaction.
• Wi-Fi packages are inclusive of unlimited data for unlimited devices.
• All discounts and inclusions are per package unless otherwise stated. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer, are redeemable only within the resort stay period, and are not valid during blackout dates. Unused credit is not redeemable for cash. All activities and services are subject to availability. A Family Holiday Pass will be provided at check-in and must be presented when redeeming discounts and inclusions. Travelshoot Upgrade (select packages only)

• Includes a 30-minute photoshoot at one location around Sea World Resort. Guests receive 20 edited digital images.
• Exclusions: any physical photo product (images are provided online to download) or any transportation.
• Inclusion available for up to six guests based on booking numbers. Infants of all ages may attend and are included in the group number.
• The shoot must be for leisure purposes only and is not bookable for commercial purposes.
• Bookings are required in advance of your photoshoot, it is reccomended to book at least seven days in advance of your travel date. Select your desired date for your photoshoot package by managing your booking within your account
• Travelshoot will be in contact within two business days to confirm your photoshoot package.
• To upgrade to a one-hour photoshoot for an additional A$100, contact Luxury Escapes’ customer service team at sales@luxuryescapes.com.
