7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted unlimited date changes up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Date changes are only available for other select departure dates. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- All-inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the Restaurant in the Main Lodge.
- Canapes are served from 6pm-7pm across different areas of the Lodge including two outdoor deck levels of the Main Lodge, the Library and the main dining area.
- Unlimited free-flow drinks include beer, wine, basic spirits, tea, coffee and bottled water from the restaurant and bar during opening hours, and do not include in-room drinks. Drinks are available in the main lodge outside of meal times.
- Premium beverages may be purchased at an additional cost from the bar.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge only and not in-room.
- Return charter flight transfers from Darwin International Airport (DRW) are included in your package. Flight times on arrival are at 10.30am and 1.30pm daily. Flight times on departure are at 10am and 1pm (subject to change). flight time is approximately 45 minutes. You will be advised of your flight time prior to your departure date once your booking is confirmed.
- Please meet at Pearl Aviation 30 minutes prior to your charter flight departure time.
- A strict luggage limit of 15kg applies to charter flight transfers.
- Check-in and checkout times are aligned to charter flight times for your convenience.
- Daily activities: Guests can chose from several tours during stay and have the option of a morning and afternoon tour. Timings of daily activities are arranged directly with the property upon check-in. Some tours/activities are weather and tide dependant and timings are subject to change.
