Fantastic hotel to stay in. The staff have been exceptionally friendly with the highest level of service. The food has been immaculate, and the pool(s) and beach club have been a joy to spend the day at. I don’t want to go home! We also had a wonderful and relaxing morning in the spa, which has excellent facilities. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had and a real highlight of the trip. A special shoutout to Mazedul in housekeeping for keeping our room so clean and tidy, to Ali Shaukit for helping us around the hotel, and to Arshad for being so kind to us in the restaurant. A big thank you as well to the Sofitel team for communicating with me ahead of our stay to organise balloons, cake and birthday surprises for my sister. They were so kind and thoughtful, and made her feel incredibly special on her birthday. We came here for a special 30th birthday holiday for my sister, but thanks to the Sofitel and the staff we’ve fallen in love and will need another excuse to return. Every detail has been thought of, and the atmosphere throughout the resort is so relaxing and welcoming. It really has been the perfect holiday.

It was truly an amazing stay overall. The one-bedroom suite was modern and beautiful — a perfect place to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The bouquet and balloon decorations I requested in advance were also lovely. The service at the restaurant and pool was excellent, and I would definitely love to come back again. Our butler, Omar, also provided outstanding service. Thank you very much.

Our honeymoon at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm was absolutely perfect—we couldn't have been happier! This resort is massive, impeccably maintained, and stunningly beautiful. Every member of the staff was consistently professional, helpful, and attentive, making us feel truly special. A huge thank you to Shishir for the amazing job keeping our room spotless. We dined at almost all the on-site restaurants, and the food was excellent and delicious everywhere, paired with extremely professional service. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was always fully stocked with fresh, delicious items and offered plenty of variety for all dietary needs. The hotel even surprised us with a thoughtful honeymoon cake and card, which was a very much-appreciated gesture. We also highly recommend the Spa package: our couple's experience included an incredible 60-minute full-body massage and a relaxing 30-minute private jacuzzi session. For anyone seeking a relaxing and beautiful holiday, we wholeheartedly recommend this resort!

The place is very pleasant and beautiful. However, the meeting staff and security guards were not very responsive: they did not pay attention to me, as they were interested in more expensively dressed visitors. Security completely forbids entering the hotel area without making a big detour. However, the buffets are very varied and delicious. Thank you very much to Phyoe and Nabil for their smiles and responsiveness. They always wish you a good morning and are always ready to help. Thank you so much 🫶
