Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Buffet breakfast is served at Club Millesime between 7am to 10.30am daily.
- Le Gouter French afternoon tea is served at Club Millesime between 2pm to 4pm daily.
- Two-hour nightly cocktails and canapes are available from Club Millesime between 5pm to 7pm.
- Spa treatments must be booked in advance. The Sofitel Spa operates from 10am to 10pm daily.
- The spa discount cannot be redeemed on nail services.
- The dining discount is valid at any onsite venue: Kwee Zeen, Wan Chun Ting, Nizza, Le Bar Cocktail & Stories, Pool Bar, La Boulangerie, Club Millesime, Cigar Lounge by Trinidad. Excludes any room service, minibar, tobacco and alcohol. Discount can be used multiple times.
- The one-time dinner at Kwee Zeen is served from 6.30pm to 10pm. Dinner is buffet from Wednesday to Sunday and a la carte on Monday and Tuesday.
- Club Millesime access includes breakfast in the lounge, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapes, all-day coffee, tea and soft drinks, 4pm late checkout (subject to availability), complimentary pressing of two garments per stay and two-hour complimentary use of the Club Millesime meeting room per day (subject to prior reservation and availability). Please note: Children under 12 are only allowed to access Club Millesime under their parents’ supervision. Children are not allowed in the lounge during cocktail hours. A smart casual dress code applies. Flip-flops are not allowed. Extra adults do not receive complimentary Club Millesime access. This can be purchased directly with the hotel for additional charge.
- Up to two children can eat free from the kids’ menu at Kwee Zeen, Nizza or Wan Chun Ting with a paying adult (select packages).
