Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia and an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Luxury Room, Luxury Lagoon-View Room & Luxury Pool-Access Room – Package valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children aged eight and under OR two adults and one child aged 9-11. See the ‘Child Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests over the age of 11 are not permitted.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged eight and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation and meals per package inclusions (daily breakfast and four dinners) only. Upon booking, children’s ages MUST be stated.

Children Aged 9-11: Two adults travelling with ONE child aged between nine and 11 must pay a surcharge of AU$999 for eight-night stays or AU$1,250 for ten-night stays (standard package inclusions apply). Payable directly to the resort. If two adults are travelling with two children, one of which is aged over eight, a second room must be purchased.

Baby Policy: Up to two infants (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. One cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Please note: Due to room sizes, it is only possible to supply either one extra bed OR one cot. Please take this into account if travelling with one child and one infant.
