I had the pleasure of dining at ST25 by KOTO, and it was truly an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and thoughtfully designed, and the menu offers refined dishes that highlight top-quality ingredients with surprising and sophisticated combinations. Each course was a delightful discovery, perfectly balancing tradition and innovation. A very special thank you goes to Jessica, our waitress, who made the evening unforgettable. With her professionalism, kindness, and constant smile, she guided us with care and attention, explaining the dishes in detail and suggesting the best pairings. It is rare to encounter such attentive, discreet, yet genuinely warm service: Jessica turned what could have been just a dinner into a memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing to enjoy a moment of true gastronomic pleasure accompanied by impeccable service. I will definitely return!

The hospitality at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the seamless airport transfers to the smooth check-in process, every detail was thoughtfully managed. The arrangements for our events held at the hotel were equally impressive. The hotel staff were consistently warm, friendly, and eager to assist in any way possible, making our stay not only comfortable but genuinely enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel and everything was very nice. The scent in hotel was very good and made me feel comfortable. Room was clean and bed was soft, I could sleep well. All staff were very kind and always smiling. Especially Helen and James helped me a lot when I used gym and locker room after checking out . I really appreciate. Food was also delicious and came very fast. Bellman team was helpful and friendly too. Thank you for good service. I will come again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. 감사합니다 :)

We had a 3N4D stay. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was quite a spread and good quality. Sometimes quite noisy but there are quieter corners to sit at. Downside is the location, not many food options down the street. At least a 15min walk away or grab to good food. The spa is exquisite - managed to squeeze in 2 massages. Overall a great stay but may choose a more central Accor hotel next time.
