Loved this place! It was a welcome reprieve after travelling in hotter, more remote areas of Indonesia. The rooms are fabulous, the pool is gorgeous and the restaurant has a relaxed cool vibe with great food. We only wished we had booked more nights here! The only downside is the 71 steps from our room up to the restaurant and pool. The experience would be greatly improved by an elevator or mini finicular - but I guess that is a pretty serious outlay $$$$.

A Quiet, Confident Luxury with Breathtaking Views This place is a true escape. From the moment you arrive, you feel a sense of peace and seclusion. Our villa was beautifully designed, with a split-level layout and a massive floor-to-ceiling window that made you feel like you were living right in the lush landscape. The infinity pool, which seems to melt into the ocean view, is simply stunning. But the real surprise was the food. Every meal was thoughtful and delicious, especially the jackfruit rendang and a surprisingly complex Tofu Scramble for breakfast. The service is attentive and intuitive; noting our dietary preference, the amazing team swapped out a standard turndown treat for a beautiful platter of fresh fruit without us asking. Somewhere Lombok doesn't shout; it delivers a profound sense of tranquility and quality.

What a beautiful hotel, probably the best view of all the kuta area. We spend a week here and had the best time! The breakfast is really good, the dinner menu is also really nice with a great selection of cocktails to watch the sunset. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to Kuta town. The rooms are clean and pretty, but the A/C is a little noisy. But what is the best is the personnel, they are so professional and friendly and can fix and arrange everything you want. They remember who you are and give you a very special personal experience

The property is in a beautiful location, perched on top of a hill with stunning views over the bay. The food is delicious and the service is attentive, which makes the stay very enjoyable. There are, however, some areas that could use improvement. The pool water appeared a bit misty and green, which takes away from the overall experience. Room access can be challenging for those with limited mobility, and the beach is both far and difficult to reach. Adding comfortable patio chairs would make relaxing or reading outside much more enjoyable. Some maintenance is also needed, particularly in the showers, toilets, and air conditioning, and the rooms would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Finally, adding more daytime activities such as hiking, seing animal farm, cooking class, games, or morning yoga could really enhance the guest experience. Overall, a wonderful spot with great potential with a few adjustments, it could become an exceptional stay.
