  • Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Guests can request a preference for suites within the Lodge or the Retreat, however choice of suites cannot be guaranteed.
  • Airport transfers are available on request. Flight number and arrival or departure time must be provided to the property on request.
  • Guests may only use the facilities for the property they are staying at.
  • Hot tub: available to be booked until 10pm daily by calling reception, and it is advised to provide at least one or two hours notice. Complimentary glasses of bubbles will be served at a time of your choice one time only.
  • Daily wine and cheese experience: will be served between 4.30pm and 6pm daily. Guests will receive a call to their room to confirm if they would like to receive their afternoon platter. Wine and cheese may be served earlier in the day subject to availability at the property’s discretion.
  • Massage discount: available for the 60-minute couple’s massage only. Discount can be used multiple times throughout stay. All treatments are subject to therapist availability and 24 hours’ notice may be required to guarantee bookings.
  • Airport transfers: a minimum of 24-hours notice is required to arrange a private airport transfer, subject to availability.
