You’ll then head to four wineries, including the award-winning John Kosovich Wines, where you’ll be treated to an insider tour and tasting in the historic onsite cellar. You’ll also visit Talijancich Wines, one of the few producers in the region that focuses on wines made solely from Swan Valley fruit. Lunch is at the acclaimed Swan Valley fine-dining restaurant Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate, where you’ll enjoy an innovative two-course à la carte meal with a glass of wine. Finish the day on a sweet note at Margaret River Chocolate Company’s Swan Valley factory, before a transfer back to Perth’s CBD.
