We stayed for 7 nights, the location is perfect, centre of city. Great to get around especially with kids. The room is perfect for a family were you can move around. The amenities were well equipped and generally the establishment is very well maintained. Throughly enjoyed our stay and definitely going back! We ate at Clove - Highly recommend the breakfast, the staff especially the manager were wonderful! Made us feel welcomed and were very friendly which added to our experience - great start to the day!

A very good hotel, staff are very nice and attentive. Breakfast has lots of variety with plentiful food, rooms are nice and clean, as well as fresh and modern. View is amazing. Only complaint was that once the lifts took half an hour to go down on the last day, luckily didn't miss the taxi to the airport. Otherwise quite an excellent stay.

We were there for our 10 year anniversary and thanks so much for giving us surprises 🙏 the location is right above huge shopping mall and lots of food can be accessed easily. Super convenient. I totally can see myself having a long stay at this hotel. My room type is signature suite and it’s very spacious and well designed. By the way the water pressure was so strong and I enjoyed every shower time for all 4 nights. Definitely will stay here again next time when we visit Singapore again !

My recent stay at Swissotel was overall excellent and memorable. The highlight was without doubt the lounge experience — the entire team was warm, attentive, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to Ronald, who consistently went above and beyond. He was proactive, remembered preferences, and made every interaction personal and genuine. His hospitality, together with the team’s, truly elevated the stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. However, one area that could be improved is the toilet setup. The bathroom size and configuration remain the same across most room types, whether it’s a two-bed room that can fit four guests or a single king bed room. While this didn’t overshadow the great experience, it’s an area that could be enhanced to match the high standard of the rest of the stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will gladly return. Huge thanks again to Ronald and the lounge team for making it such a pleasant stay!
