Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please Note:

- Complimentary daily shuttle bus leaves Tamanu at 9.30am and departs Port Vila at 12pm daily, except Sundays (subject to change).
- The spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Daily cocktail may be redeemed between 4pm and 6.30pm. Choice of signature cocktail or cocktail of the day.
- Transfers: Roundtrip shared airport shuttle transfers are included in your package and must be pre-booked. Please contact the resort to arrange.
- Entry to Vanuatu: Vanuatu will ease travel restrictions from 1 July 2022. From 1 July 2022, tourists will need to provide the following:
- A certified negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) result within 24 hours of departure, or a certificate of infection and recovery within 28 days of departure, if they have recently had Covid-19. For up to date information, find out more here.
