  • Spa treatments take place at Spa Village Tanjong Jara. Advanced reservation is required. Guests must be a minimum age of 16 years to access Spa Village Tanjong Jara.
  • Pulihara Turtle Hatchery kids club is open daily from 1 March to 20 September, from 11am to 4pm.
  • Daily Sucimurni stretching class takes place at 8am in the hotel lobby. Advanced reservation is required.
  • The Jara Hill walk and herbal garden visit takes place every day except Sunday, departing the hotel lobby at 9.30am. Duration is approximately one hour.
  • Return airport transfers (select packages only) are available from Sultan Mahmud Airport, Kuala Lumpur International Airport or a Kuala Lumpur city hotel. The vehicle can accommodate up to four passengers with one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. Surcharges apply for transfers between midnight and 6am. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
