The Acala Shri Sedana is located on the lush island of Nusa Lembongan, a short 25-minute boat ride from Sanur, Bali. The hotel is surrounded by greenery with views of Nusa Ceningan and provides a perfect base for snorkelling and island exploration.

The resort can be accessed by boat from Sanur, which is approximately a 20-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport and boat transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Acala Resort. A special compliment goes to Diwa, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He assisted us every morning and evening with meals and other requests, always with a warm smile. His hospitality truly made our stay extra special. The rest of the team was also very kind and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed here and would be happy to come back again!

Didi is the best! She was being helpful every step of the way. The room is spacious. Staff are all with smiley face. Food is GREAT! The pool is my favorite space. Oh, and the view 😍😍😍

What sets The Acala apart is its people. The service here is heartfelt and personal — not rehearsed or transactional. Every staff member greeted us by name and remembered the little details, like how we liked our coffee or what time we preferred breakfast. When we had questions about the island, the front desk didn’t just answer — they helped us plan our route, arranged transport, and followed up to check that everything went smoothly. It felt like staying with friends who genuinely wanted you to have a great time. A quick note: the road leading up to the hotel is very bumpy — it’s not a smooth ride, so come prepared and don’t expect paved roads like in Bali. Nusa Lembongan is still developing, even more so than Bali, so factor that into your expectations. The hotel does offer shuttle service, but renting a scooter is definitely the easiest and most flexible way to explore the island. A beautiful setting made unforgettable by truly exceptional service — just go with the right mindset, and you’ll have an amazing stay.

The Acala – A Dream Getaway! My stay at The Acala was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they truly made me feel at home. The hotel offers a breathtaking view that makes every moment special. Whether you're enjoying breakfast or watching the sunset, the scenery is simply stunning. The food was another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a treat, with a great mix of local dishes and international options. The pool was amazing – clean, stylish, and with an incredible view. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well designed. You can tell that comfort and quality are top priorities here. Overall, my experience at The Acala was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, great food, amazing views, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
