Stunning artwork surrounds you at this place ! Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash - so luxurious! The pool was a highlight on the warm days, no banana lounges made it tricky to properly bask though. I'll be back !

A very simple and stylish hotel on Hay Street. 🏨 Enjoyed a high degree of freedom, without feeling confined. It's very close to the shopping areas of Murray Street and Hay Street. The station is also about a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Shafto Lane next door is home to a ton of delicious restaurants, as is Murray Street behind it. 😋 Overall, it was clean and quiet. However, due to the dry air, I saw lint on the countertops every day. It's not that the housekeeping didn't clean it! 😅 The bed was very comfortable. 👍🏻 Many comments during check-in mentioned that the deposit was slow to be refunded. I recommend paying in cash, which will be refunded immediately upon check-out. For travelers staying far away, there's no need to worry. 😌

Overall I absolutely loved this hotel. As I mentioned in the other review, our room was amazing, the view was breathtaking, the arty touches were very appreciated (artist myself). I was very surprised and thankful for my birthday gift and personalized birthday card. The bed was incredibly comfy and all amenities great. My feedback would be to provide a larger complimentary milk container in the fridge as well as the small one - so we can use the coffee pods for a milkier coffee, the one container was not quite enough for two. The coffee machine in the restaurant only seemed to provide black coffee but it was also only a small amount of coffee. There was no visible option to add warmed milk for a flat white style coffee, so we had to settle for almost cold coffee by the time we added enough milk to create a standard size cup. Having decent easy to make coffee would definitely be a worthy addition to the breakfast buffet. The toaster was likely not set properly so the bread was not toasting very well - a lot of people were having trouble with it (something for staff to check). We had a wonderful stay otherwise and we will be back!

Housekeeping always very late…child and husband ill while staying but we went out for a walk anyway and rung to ensure it would be done…5pm on a Sunday and still not done.… Only 2 towels for 3 people every day we have been here so have to go looking for housekeeping to get an extra towel each day. Flat water in a dirty refillable bottle labeled sparkling. Dirty glasses. Leaking coffee machine. Carpet and walls dirty. Breakfast buffet always cold, with a lack of variety, very monotonous after staying a couple of days. Cappuccino etc is an added extra that is not included in breakfast. For the cost …at over $3,000 for the week, we are very disappointed and would not recommend staying here at all. We have stayed in much superior hotels in Australia and worldwide for less. The only plus side is that the location is central. Overall we are very disappointed.
