Fabulous location, right in the heart of Perth but not on the noisy main street. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean, and it had a great view. The buffet breakfast was really good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in the Adnate Perth again.

I had a lovely stay here on a business trip. The room was beautifully styled with a lovely view, spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a good selection of tea and quality amenities that made the stay feel extra relaxing. The location is fantastic — close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout. I didn’t make it to the pool on level 1 this time, but I’d love to check it out on my next visit. Highly recommend! 1101

Booked a Deluxe Room expecting a spacious upgrade with refined furnishings, but was disappointed to find mostly empty space with minimal amenities. A larger room should enhance comfort, not just provide extra square footage for an additional bed. Feeling that the upgrade didn’t add value, I requested a downgrade to a King Room, which turned out to be much more practical. While smaller, the King Room had a well-thought-out layout with a proper desk, making it feel far more functional and inviting. Additionally, I requested a refund for the upgrade fee, and Christopher was incredibly helpful in handling both the room change and refund request, ensuring a smooth resolution to an otherwise disappointing experience. The hotel offers great service, but the Deluxe Room category needs improvement. Upgrades should focus on design enhancements, not just empty space.

It’s a nice hotel but ,as others, I have had issues with customer service. The hotel has overcharged me, and also used different card than I requested so I was hit with additional charges from the bank. I have sent multiple emails without any response. Highly disappointing and put a damp to our holiday memories. If you choose to stay here I would highly recommend ensuring correct payments before you leave to ensure correct payment. As it stands, I am a few hundred dollars out of pocket as a result of the stay.
