The Bidadari Villas & Spa

The Bidadari Villas & Spa is located in Bali’s Umalas region, just a 30-minute drive from iconic beach clubs like Potato Head and Finns Beach Club, as well as Petitenget Beach. The villas are located approximately a one-hour drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at The Yubi Restaurant from 7am to 11am.
• Lunch and dinner are served either in-villa or at The Yubi Restaurant. Lunch is served from 12pm and dinner is served from 4pm.
• Nightly cocktail is served in-villa or at The Yubi Restaurant from 3pm to 10pm. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available on request.
• Massages will be provided in-villa and will be a back or foot massage. Booking in advance is required.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Inclusions:

• This experience is hosted by Luxury Escapes’ very own local Bali team.
• Sedan: Toyota Avanza/ Suzuki APV or similar

Fine Print:

• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years
• Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue
• Pool areas are strictly Adult Only, children are only permitted in the lounge area, supervised by an adult at all times
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• On the day of your visit, please be ready with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
