All the staff were genuinely friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. One of the team members even gave us a quick tour of the premises, which was a nice touch. We opted for the one-bedroom suite, it was spacious, quiet, and subtle touch that screams “luxury” here and there, definitely worth the price. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, which we really enjoyed. We’ll definitely return whenever we need a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Chateau in Malaysia (near the French Village) is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at! Super calm and peaceful — perfect for families. The service was great and the staff were really kind and welcoming. They even greeted us with a welcome drink, which was such a nice touch. The room was clean and elegant, and lunch was seriously delicious. But the view? Absolutely stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature — so calming and refreshing. Also felt super safe the whole time, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful spot in Malaysia

First time stepping into The Chateau and it truly felt like entering a fairytale. The atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and beautifully designed with that charming European castle vibe. The room was spacious and cozy with breathtaking greenery all around. Every detail felt well thought out, and the service from the staff was exceptional, friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. The spa experience was heavenly the perfect place to recharge both body and mind. The food was delicious too, beautifully presented, and served in the most elegant setting. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the city and a place to truly pamper yourself, The Chateau is absolutely worth it. 💫 Definitely planning to come back next time for a longer stay! 🥰

This was our second time staying here, and we really enjoyed it again! While waiting for my husband to check in, the hotel gave us two complimentary drinks — they were super refreshing! The hotel’s interior design is beautiful and gives off a unique, pleasant vibe. The pool is spacious, with separate areas for adults and children, and restrooms are conveniently nearby. Tip: Try to arrive early to get parking near the lobby. If not, you’ll have to park on the other side of the hotel — it’s still walkable though!
