Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. - Daily buffet and a la carte breakfast is served at Moonlite Kitchen & Bar from 6:30am to 10:30am.
- Daily set-menu lunch OR dinner is served at Moonlite Kitchen & Bar or Ocean Grand Beach. Lunch is served from 12pm onwards and dinner is served from 7pm onwards.
- Nightly cocktails are served at Ocean Grand Beach from 5pm onwards. Non-alcoholic options are available.
- Included 60-minute Balinese massages take place at Grand Seminyak Spa. Advance reservation is required.
- Complimentary twice-weekly yoga sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8am to 9am.
- Fitness centre is open from 6am to 10pm.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
