Getting to The Magellan Sutera Resort is easy! Flights to Kota Kinabalu are available via Royal Brunei, Malaysian Airlines and Singapore Airlines with an average flight duration of 7.5 hours plus transit time.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 3.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 11 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 5 hours).

Convenient return airport transfers from Kota Kinabalu International Airport are included in your package. Contact the resort directly with your flight details to book your transfers.

Additional Fees Payable Direct - City Tax: A Tourism Tax fee of MYR10 per room, per night applies and is payable directly to the resort upon check-in.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 11 years and above) may stay for a surcharge of MYR153 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and buffet breakfasts only, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 5 - 10 years) may stay free of charge sharing existing bedding (one king-sized bed or twin beds) with accommodation only, daily breakfast can be purchased for a surcharge of MYR35 per night, payable directly to the hotel. OR one child (aged four years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast included when dining with an adult.

Baby Policy: One baby aged two years and under may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge (subject to availability).

Advance booking is essential for night cruise, massages and high tea and is recommended upon confirming your travel dates.

Daily wine/beer valid for Tiger beer and house wine only, no substitutions are permitted.

Alcohol served in club lounge only from 5.30PM-7.00PM, selected beverages only (liquor, whiskey, in-house wine, beer).

Massages cannot be combined. Only one voucher may be used per day, per room.

Connecting rooms are available for Deluxe Rooms only (subject to availability).
