  • Reception is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, and from 6am to 10pm Sunday to Thursday.
  • Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase Rate packages include daily housekeeping servicing. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
  • A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
  • A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of A$1 will be required upon check-in.
  • Guests must be 18 years of age and above in order to check-in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

Stayed here last night . On check in got to the room and there was no toilet paper in the room had to call down to get some brought up . Got back late and the aircon in the main room didn’t do warm heating it only did dry , cool and fan and there was no spare blanket in the cupboard so I had to turn it off completely . Was freezing all night and got no sleep . Approached reception in the morning and got a very blunt response from the guy was not impressed at all especially with the cost of the place would have expected rating 1 service and room . Would not choose to stay here again . Have stayed in places half the price and needed for nothing .

Service - I’m on the second day of my stay, during which I’ve requested for basic amenities like toothbrush from both housekeeping as well as the front desk - but to no avail. The housekeeping has requested me to ask from the front desk while the front desk pointed me to housekeeping. This will give you some idea on the service provided - My need for basic amenities were not resolved, but I am using the ones from the airplane and I will request for it again in the morning. Cleanliness - We realized the sheets were in less than satisfactory conditions and requested for sheets to be changed (by hanging the “please service my room” hanger on the external door handle). At the end of the second day when we came back, we found the sheets were the same. Please have a look at the photos of the sheets - hair, stains, dust, footprints. I am in fact scared to uncover the sheets further as I’m afraid of what I might find but could not change. Bed - bouncy and I could feel the springs Parking - available with a fee Despite the above, the location of the place is good, with restaurants, gyms, train station and a convenience store all within steps.
