7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 May 2026 until 30 April 2027 (bookings must be made before 31 March 2027).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Important: Campaign packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada residents only. Customers who aren’t a resident of Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada will pay a surcharge of US$61 per room, per night on check-in, payable directly to the resort.

Festival Season Surcharges: Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons at IDR242,000 per adult on 5, 6 and 14 Feb 2027, from 9–11 March 2027 and 28 March 2027. Guests staying on 1 January 2027 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR320,000 per adult. Payable at least 14 days prior to check in. An additional surcharge also applies for the follow festival dates:

• Mid-Autumn Festival from 25 July 2026 to 25 September 2026. IDR1,200,000 per room, per stay and guests will receive a complimentary mooncake box.
• Chinese New Year from 23 January 2027 to 6 February 2027. IDR1,200,000 per room, per stay and guests will receive a complimentary hamper.
• Ramadan from 11 February 2027 to 11 March 2027. IDR1,200,000 per room, per stay and guests will receive a complimentary hamper.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment: For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR2,395,800 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment in the Grand Ballroom (including a non-alcoholic drinks package). Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior to check in date. Please note the surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.

Optional New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR2,156,000 net per person applies at The Café or Table8. For extra guests, a charge of IDR2,820,390 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior to check in.

Optional Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 or 25 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR1,300,000 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve or Day lunch or dinner at The Cafe or Table8. A charge of IDR1,876,430 net applies for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner, or a charge of IDR1,929,670 for Christmas Day Lunch applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior check in.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• CANNA Bali is located in Nusa Dua.

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Luxury airport transfers will be in a Toyota Alphard or similar.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Regular transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Luxury transfers can accommodate up to two large and three small suitcases, or four medium suitcases.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Six-Hour Private Car Chauffeured Vehicle Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A six-hour private car charter with a professional driver in a Toyota Innova or similar with hotel pick-up and drop-off in Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak or Ubud.
• After booking, ICS Travel Group will be in touch to confirm pick-up and drop-off times. Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time.
• Valid for six hours of hire as selected at the time of purchase — please make your selection carefully.
• Exclusions: Food, drinks, guide, parking fees and optional gratuities for your driver.
• Parking fees may apply.
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s).
• Rate valid for up to five passengers (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant).
• Infant & child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from IDR35,000 per seat applies.
