Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,500,000–IDR1,700,000 per adult (13+) and IDR750,000–IDR850,000 per child (2–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Buffet breakfast is served at Pirin Panas Restaurant from 7am to 10am.
• Daily breakfast can be added for additional children, at an extra cost of IDR75,000 per day, payable directly to hotel.
• Daily lunch is served at The Roost Roofscape Restaurant from 12pm to 2pm.
• Dinner is served at The Roost Roofscape Restaurant from 7pm to 9pm.
• Nightly one hour free-flow cocktails are served at Roost Restaurant from 3pm to 6pm.
• The included massages can take place in-room or in the Gazebo on floor 6. Advance booking is required. Pre-book directly with the property by email, or at latest, three days before checking in.
• The complimentary shuttle runs on a schedule between the hotel and the Bali Collection shopping centre. Please contact the hotel for further information.
• The 10% discount at The Roost Roofscape Restaurant applies to the a la carte menu for orders ranging from IDR75,000 to IDR369,000.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at IDR 35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine.
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

• The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• For guests wishing to use the pre-departure lounge and beach club facilities within Canna Bali on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
