- Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- The included hotel credit must be used during your stay. Credit can be used at Spa ANNAYAKE and all restaurants and bars except Sushi Kyubey (in Shopping Arcade) and any tenant shops and restaurants. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
- Complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Club benefits are as follows: daily club breakfast, afternoon snacks, nightly hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
- Club Lounge is open from 8am to 8.30pm. Light morning meals are available between 8am and 11am; sweets and savory snacks are available from 2pm to 5pm, and evening light meals are available between 5pm and 7.30pm.
- Club Lounge dress code is smart casual.
- Children (11 and under) are not permitted in the Club Lounge after 5pm.
- Children (under 13) are not permitted in the Okura Fitness & Spa.
