The Point Resort is located in Bargara Beach, a quiet 15-minute drive from Bundaberg town centre. Perhaps the most popular seaside town in the Bundaberg region, Bargara Beach has 13 islands and more than 20 reefs all within easy reach – not to mention the Bundaberg Region’s hinterland, which boasts 14 national parks. From your resort, you’ll be five minutes’ walk from Bargara Golf Course and just two minutes’ walk from Kellys Beach and The Basin, offering safe swimming and shaded seating. The resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Bundaberg Airport. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Those interested in wildlife must drop by Mon Repos Conservation Park — a quiet coastal oasis just outside Bundaberg, home to the largest concentration of nesting sea turtles on the eastern Australian mainland.
Snorkellers and divers have a plethora of options to discover the spectacular underwater world that lies at your doorstep. Burkitts Reef dive site is located off the shore of Bargara, while the spectacular Lady Musgrave Island can be reached by high-speed catamaran from Bundaberg Port Marina.
