Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

My friend and I had the most amazing time celebrating our birthdays at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel so special. We were genuinely touched by the thoughtful amenities that were sent up to our room — it was such a kind gesture and really started our trip off on the right note. Samuel at the front desk was incredible. He was warm, professional, and went out of his way to make our celebration even better by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. That meant a lot to us and made the experience even more memorable. The entire stay was just flawless — from the service to the overall atmosphere, everything felt first-class. We truly appreciated every detail and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration one we’ll never forget!

Great guest relations personnel. Molly and several others really help with the birthday situation that we had arranged at the Spa. they were able to make things extra special for my daughter and her husband. They enjoyed the cabana and some champagne by the pool after their spa visit. Thanks for helping arrange everything. Nice personal touch. Thank you again, Debbie.

Family and I stayed the previous week at the resort. Here are the positives and negatives. Negatives - Charles one of the bell hops was horrible. Family and I had just arrived back from a whole day at Disney and had a delivery placed from Instacart. He brought it up at 9pm after i stated to leave it at the door. He proceeds to knock very loudly while my 2 year old is sleeping. I am confused and come to the door and demands a tip or what he called a surcharge. We had given tips throughout the trip but this caught me off guard. He continues to stand there glaring at me and then yells at me when he did not receive a ''surcharge''. I walked down and spoke with Samuel (Front desk). He offered little assistance and a disrespectful offer. Three phone calls later and speaking to someone else I believe it was Tyler or Zack finally help come to a resolution. In addition, as soon as we arrive to the facility the other front desk employee was instantly trying to up sell us on several different packages and would not stop pressure us. We have stayed previously with other ''5 star'' hotels and never treated like this. Positives- Julia at first drop was the highlight of the resort. She had great customer service and made amazing smoothies. The pool was nice but they share with the hotel next to them as well. The Gym facility was up to date with good equipment.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!– Do Better, Ritz! Me and my wife drove down last minute for business and arrived late. Around 9:00 p.m. I called to confirm they had plenty of rooms available. I asked if I could just book in person when I arrived— I was told yes. Perfect, since I didn’t want to fumble with a credit card while driving. We finally got here at 2:30 a.m., exhausted, only to be told by the front desk clerk that the hotel was sold out. I asked if they had any availability — suites, anything — but he flatly said no. I asked to speak with the manager and after arguing back and forth, he FINALLY admitted they did in fact have rooms but said he could not sell me one in person. That was a blatant lie, because I’ve booked this way at THIS exact location before, and at other Ritz properties without issue. I even pleaded, but he insisted there was “no way” he could sell me a room — not even if I booked online, even though he had just admitted there were rooms available. By this point, I was determined to prove him wrong. So, I stepped aside, called the Ritz reservation line, and guess what? They confirmed there were plenty of rooms available and booked one for me on the spot. When I walked back to the desk with my confirmation number, they suddenly “couldn’t find it.” The manager disappeared “to check something” and left me standing there for 20 MINUTES . Finally, he returned and handed me our keys, acting like nothing had happened. This was not just bad service — it was lazy and dishonest. It felt like the staff just didn’t want to do their jobs. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If this is how Ritz intends to treat paying guests— I’ll seriously reconsider ever staying here again, and I am a frequent visitor!!
