Very nice place. Quiet, except for the construction on the other side. Wonderful bed. Early check-in without a charge 🙏 Bathroom/shower is a bit smaller than expected and the sink is awfully low. Not sure why? Staff is really friendly and accommodating. The pool area is great! Only critique would be that there are too few electrical outlets in today's times, unless you unplug coffee/tea makers. Check-out was swift as well. They do charge 100 Dollars security charge! And they do charge it, not just block it. So, there will be an exchange rate and transaction fee for international customers.

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days on a business trip. I don't know about the daytime, but it was nice at night because there weren't many people using the pool. The room was a bit small, but if you're staying alone, this amount of space is fine. The room was clean, and the view was of a shopping mall, so a river view would have been nice. The bathroom was also clean. They say Singapore is a country where you can drink tap water, but I still bought bottled water at 7/11. On my first check-in, there were only two bottles of sparkling water, and none after that. The price was expensive. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 5:00 PM on an early morning flight. I checked in at 6:00 AM, but the early check-in fee was $178. There was a $200 deposit. If you ask for a cancellation receipt when you check out, they'll cancel it on the spot. I didn't try the breakfast, but it was expensive. It was $47 including tax.

We stayed at The Robertson Hotel for three nights and overall had an enjoyable experience. I’d like to thank the hotel for the extra treats left in our room—they were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. We booked a Club Room and were a bit surprised and somewhat disappointed to find the Club Lounge closed on Sunday when we went there for coffee and snacks during the cocktail hour. On the positive side, we absolutely loved the location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, so we didn’t need to use the metro at all. The view from our window was also spectacular and added to the charm of our stay. The hotel seems to be very busy, with guests constantly coming and going. While the staff were polite, there wasn’t much personal interaction—likely because the reception team was always quite busy. One unexpected incident occurred when the power in our room went out while I was doing a quick ironing. My husband went to reception, and an electrician arrived promptly. He explained that the iron was faulty and had caused the outage. Fortunately, he replaced it quickly, and there were no further issues. In summary, we appreciated the thoughtful touches and the excellent location, though a few aspects of our stay could have been better. Thank you for having us.
