The Best!I was with my wife and daughter, it was one of the most successful stays we have spent on vacation. Starting with the staff, who are very friendly, who are very kind and also professional. Kitchen with food for all tastes, fresh and very tasty. The hotel and the rooms are impeccable, they clean and supply water and other things every day. The pools and all the rooms are immaculately clean, the beach by the sea and the water are perfect. We will gladly return to this hotel, our family, and we will tell all our acquaintances what a great opinion we have of this location. Stay healthy, welcoming hosts!

We stayed at The Royal Blue Resort in July and had a fantastic time. The resort feels like a peaceful village – spacious, well-kept, and with a great mix of privacy and social atmosphere. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The food was great and the rotating buffet kept things interesting, though drinks were on the pricey side. We also enjoyed a massage and manicure – both excellent. There’s a small shop on-site for basic needs and another store just outside the resort with more variety (no fresh produce, though). Overall, a beautifully run resort with a relaxing and welcoming vibe. We’d happily come back!

What a fantastic experience at the Royal Blue Resort in Crete! From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. The service was truly outstanding – everything was perfectly arranged. Special thanks to Vasilis Koukias, the manager of the beach bars, among other things. His hospitality is next level. Our suite was spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a huge selection, everything fresh and exceptionally delicious. The resort has several beautiful swimming pools (including adults-only), plenty of sunbeds, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The beach club and the cozy waterfront bar created a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and top-notch service!

Disappointed with Royal Blue – Choose Royal Senses Instead We recently stayed at The Royal Blue in Panormos and, to be honest, it was underwhelming. For anyone torn between The Royal Blue and The Royal Senses, do yourself a favor and book The Royal Senses. While The Royal Blue is advertised as a five-star resort, it doesn’t live up to that rating in many aspects. Yes, the grounds are well maintained and look nice from the outside, but that’s unfortunately where the positives end. The buffet food was average at best – repetitive and lacking in quality or any special touch. Drinks & Cocktails were highly overpriced for what they were, and the hotel bar felt more like a waiting station than a place to unwind – totally lacking in atmosphere. While the rooms were “freshened up” each morning, they were not properly clean. The furnishings show visible signs of wear and in need of a refresh. One important thing to note: the price between The Royal Blue and The Royal Senses is quite comparable, but the overall look and feel of the two resorts are completely different. The Royal Senses offers a much higher standard, both in design and service. In short, if you’re deciding between the two: skip The Royal Blue and go for The Royal Senses. You’ll get far better value for your money.
