- The nightly cocktail is a choice from a selection of drinks, including cocktails like an Aperol Spritz or Tom Collins; white wines such as Space Classico Mito and Berganza Pinot Grigio; reds like Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon and Te Mata Gamay; and Rameau d’Or Rosé. Beer lovers can choose from tap options including Heineken, Stone & Wood and Peroni, or select from any bottled beer on the list.
