Amazing customer service, value and vibe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I spoke with Ken regarding my reservation and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as he explain the hotels services and amenities. Thank you! As an Accor Plus member, we were invited to a special happy hour event with drinks and nibbles. Such a unique touch which made it more memorable!

Stayed her for a quick city getaway and it was a super comfy experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of natural light. The location was a major win too, so everything was just a short stroll away. Plus, staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze.

This was a great hotel and will definitely be staying here again. The parking was easy to locate, which isn't always the case, and once inside the pleasant reception staff advised a complementary upgrade to an apartment had been applied. They had no issue combing a booking that my partner made for 2 nights and I made for the third night. Parking was $40 per night which is competitive, and it's self park so if you need to go and drive no issues. The pool was nice, although middle of winter there was a breeze once out but good to have the option. The attached cafe is competent, with good coffee. I can highly recommend this place on the basis of nice rooms, great location, and friendly staff.

Issues accessing hotel by car due to all the construction and road closures. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped and a comfortable bed. Having to step into the bath for a shower was a bit of challenge give that I recently had a full knee replacement.
