From pre check in to check out staff and management was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, the Friday afternoon drinks was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing. Overall couldn’t have had better stay or service.

We had a great stay at The Sebel. A special shoutout to GM Jarrad, FDM Ho, and Hannah, all who made the stay that little bit more personal. Location is awesome, hotel lovely with rooms a little dated and no cast function to TV, but overall a good experience. The restaurant is good, but service is a little clunky and each day there was generally a small hiccup; it would be great if there were some vegan options asc this prevented us from eating there regularly.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. Although we had submitted a request for a paid upgrade and didn’t receive any confirmation beforehand, the receptionist was able to assist us promptly upon check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent and contributed to a positive experience.
