Our insider travel guide includes handpicked places to eat and drink, the best activities in the area, and special experiences to make your trip memorable.

A trip to Margaret River would be incomplete without a visit to its founding vineyard, Vasse Felix. Round out your discovery with a soak at Injidup National Spa and a well-deserved glass of beer at Black Brewing Co.

From the moment we arrived at The Sebel Busselton, we were warmly welcomed by Kasea at front reception, whose outstanding service and generosity truly set the tone for a memorable week-long family holiday. Kasea went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and professional while still being warm and personable — she’s an absolute gem! The accommodation and facilities were also fantastic — clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend.

Only spent a night here as it was a pit stop for us. Rooms were perfect. There were tons of amenities available in the premises, which we unfortunately did not have the time to enjoy. The heated indoor pool was a welcoming sight to relax during the cold winters.

Amazing accommodation. Good size rooms, everything worked well. Really nice. We really enjoyed staying in the 3 bedroom house - very clean. The whole site was nice and well looked after. Pool was too cold - even the indoor heated pool was too cold to be enjoyable. But a nicely kept and clean pool area - just two more degrees on the indoor pool would have made it more fun! Games room costs extra but still nice to have those options for the teenagers in the evening. So, overall a lovely place that I would stay in again but it is a bit too far out of town for my liking. It would be nice to be about 2-3 kms only so you could walk or a gentle bike ride in. 6km meant we always had to get the car out which was a shame.
