Stayed here for a snow trip and had the best time, the room was super clean, cozy and spacious with lots of amenities, the staff were really friendly and accommodating and overall was a beautiful location, will definitely be coming back

Probably one of the worst service experiences i’ve had at a resort held to this standard. The restaurant in particular, two people on staff for at least four tables at a time. Took thirty minutes, and I had to go ask them, to bring my bottle of wine out. Fifteen minutes later I complained to the staff after three tables that ordered after us got their food before us. Staff were not on top of things, and the woman on shift blamed her male colleague for all the mishaps. Very unprofessional. I’ve stayed here before and experienced similar. Very close to not staying again. Views are very nice and rooms are held to standard.

Positives about the place are location and actual rooms are nice. Negatives, overworked and stressed out staff. They are trying their best but you can see they are under the pump and as a result you don’t get a good experience. No room service and response was we are fully booked. If you need something you have to go to reception to get it, restaurant dinner was extremely poor and had bad smell. Coffee is average and overpriced. If I stay here again it will only be for location and I would bring all your food, drinks and amenities and have zero expectation from the hotel management for anything as they can’t deliver, basic expectation from a 4 star hotel.
