Lovely quiet resort in the middle of nowhere - which is the ONLY downside if the resort restaurant is closed. Lovely, well furnished rooms. Excellent staff. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about the resort. Location, facilities excellent staff especially Tracey in reception who couldn’t do more for us. Loved it so much I have booked again for December in a chalet. Can’t wait.

The place is so lovely. The rooms are very clean and spacious. On our arrival. They gave us a welcome cake. The housekeeping were very friendly and attentive when we arrived a few days ago. Liam at customer service was very professional and welcoming. Making sure to accommodate us and our families too. Laz at the restaurant was very attentive and polite. Even being busy and a few people on. Just shows Laz has such a good attitude towards customers and the team too. He was smiling constantly. Which is good to have in hospitality. Thank you guys. Making our stay enjoyable. You deserve more than 5 stars.

Positives about the place are location and actual rooms are nice. Negatives, overworked and stressed out staff. They are trying their best but you can see they are under the pump and as a result you don’t get a good experience. No room service and response was we are fully booked. If you need something you have to go to reception to get it, restaurant dinner was extremely poor and had bad smell. Coffee is average and overpriced. If I stay here again it will only be for location and I would bring all your food, drinks and amenities and have zero expectation from the hotel management for anything as they can’t deliver, basic expectation from a 4 star hotel.
