This hotel is ideally located close to the beach and many restaurants and clubs. Check in was seamless and we were given a great room, free drinks and an unbelievable breakfast buffet with fresh omelettes and pancakes cooked to order.

I always love going back to The Sebel in Twin Towns. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the bay and river. The bedding was really comfortable, it was a real treat to wrap yourself up in such comfort when you are away from home. I loved the amenities as an Accor member, they made me feel really special and I delighted looking through and tasting the goodies from local producers. I also loved the Swan towels, they made my heart happy. Thanks team for making your guests feel comfortable and valued.

I stayed with my mum and 6 year old son for a getaway from cold Melbourne. We shared a twin room which was comfortable with a lovely view. The breakfast at signatures was perfect with a large selection to choose from every day. There is an indoor pool which came in handy on the cooler days, although children were not always overly welcomed by the live-in residents in this part of the hotel. The layout of the hotel takes a bit to work out, but the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The other restaurants that are part of the hotel are down the casino end of the complex. You need to sign in like at an RSL to get in, even if picking up a takeaway pizza. The little complimentary mini golf was cute. The short walk to the beach revealed a beautiful clean beach with lots of surf, and lifeguards with their flags watching on. Stayed 5 nights; May-June 2025.

We stayed just over a month ago for 5 nights. When we checked in, we first thought the room was lovely, however, we then found that the bathroom had not been cleaned (toilet paper in an unflushed toilet and dirty shower and vanity). We called reception and they said someone would come to clean it. No one came. We left to meet friends for the evening, assuming someone would clean the bathroom. When we got back about 11pm, the bathroom was still unclean. We decided to follow it up in the morning, however, when we pulled back to go to bed, the sheets were in a disgusting state with stains and hairs over them, it made me feel sick. Housekeeping cleaned the room the next morning, but we couldn't shake that feeling of disgust and did not enjoy the rest of the stay at the Sebel, Twin Towns. Emailed the manager afterwards, not that interested in my complaint, just offered us a 10% discount on our stay...no thanks! We spent $2300 for 5 nights in peak season...for a dirty room! We won't be back!
