Fantastic location. Lovely rooms. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and good shower. Handy restaurant on site that was delicious. Only issue was the lack of on site parking. You need to pre book. When we arrived there were spaces available but they had all been booked. I dont remember seeing an option to pre book 🤔. We would definitely stay again when visiting the little theatre

The hotel offers a remarkable experience, particularly due to the convenience of having cooking facilities available in every room. Nevertheless, a major drawback is the inadequate sound insulation, which can lead to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The location is especially attractive, providing access to the well-known Hutt River Track, ideal for those who enjoy outdoor running. Additionally, while they promote a free gym, there is only one card for Snap Fitness available for all rooms, necessitating a wait for others or operating on a first-come, first-served basis.

Likewise, Location of the hotel is great and rooms are neat clean and housekeeping team is spot on. I always recommend this property to family and friends. Checkout was nice and smooth however checking want pleasant as I expected. During my previous stay cheack in was heart touching but this time I miss those staff members. Over all staff is nice and friendly. Definitely we will be back.

I’ve stayed here several times before and really like this place. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and honestly it might just be the best-smelling hotel in the country. Dinner at Gracie Restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food and attentive service. However, I have to agree with other recent reviews commenting on the breakfast was a real letdown. The buffet featured a lot of non-traditional items like mini mince pies, bacon and egg savories, and custard tarts. While I appreciate variety, many of these options didn’t really suit a typical breakfast setting. To make matters worse, most of the hot food was served cold. The pancakes were dry and hard, and both the hash bites and bacon and egg pies were completely cold. On the positive side, the cereal and muesli selection was a good variety. Overall, I think the breakfast menu could benefit from a full rethink, returning to more traditional options. As it stands, I wouldn’t return for breakfast, and it seems I’m not alone, as other recent reviews share similar feedback.
