A Truly Warm and Elegant Poolside Experience From the very first moment, everything about the service was incredibly smooth and friendly. The valet team was extremely kind and welcoming — such a positive start! The booking process and communication with the session coordinator were also impressively gentle, professional, and easygoing. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young gentleman from Nepal (so sorry I forgot the name!) who kindly guided us all the way to our room with a smile. What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday gesture for my daughter Tia, whose birthday is in August — a sweet message and a beautifully arranged plate of fresh fruits were waiting for us. It made the experience even more special. At the pool, the fruit service and the staff’s attitude were absolutely delightful. They treated us like friends — so polite, gentle, and always smiling. And let’s not forget the breakfast buffet — oh wow! Elegant, rich, and full of options. A proper continental breakfast with everything you could hope for, presented with style and care. Thank you for making our day feel so special. We will definitely come back again!

One of the best hotels by far. Beautiful lobby, very nice rooms. We felt surrounded by comfort and care. Everything was very clean, great beauty products provided. We came for our anniversary, and got a lovely cake from hotel ❤️ Every evening we had our bed done with a little surprise attention (chocolates)☺️ by the way, the mattress, blanket and pillows - are heaven. Pool is great! Big, not too warm, beds are soft and comfy.
