The hospitality from the staff was honestly the best I’ve ever had in Melbourne. The manager, I can’t remember her name, she was Spanish, was so welcoming and gave us so much advice about the area too. The restaurant is top notch and recommend the prawns and dessert. 10/10 would stay and eat again

Stayed here the weekend and loved the place. Hip foyer and very friendly staff greeted us. Though the room was small it was well laid out and the bed and pillows were great. Rose street market was on both days which added to vibe of the place. On the Sunday morning we ate at Bang restaurant and were served by a funny and attentive waiter (he was from Birmingham) who was another credit to this place. We'll be back

We stayed here during our wedding weekend about a month ago, and it was just the most brilliant stay. The staff were kind, accommodating, helpful and absolutely wonderful to deal with. The brunch was delicious, generously-proportioned and so gorgeously unique. We can't recommend this hotel more highly, and we'll be back!

I spent two nights here in this hotel, which opened about a year ago. I really liked the lifestyle hotel concept and the overall design of the hotel. I just didn't think the room size was ideal, it was a bit too small in my opinion. And the staff was friendly and could help me with my needs during my stay. The à la carte breakfast menu was not exactly extensive, but the dishes I ate were very good. The hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant and artists' district, and on a Sunday there were several markets just a stone's throw away.
