Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia with an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

Trans Resort Seminyak is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Bali’s international airport, with a convenient airport pick-up included in your package.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 7 March 2019, 25 March 2020 and 14 March 2021, during which airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort is unavailable.

Compulsory Gala Dinners: A compulsory dinner surcharge applies for stays on 24 December and 31 December 2019, payable directly to the resort:

A compulsory surcharge of AU$60 per person applies for stays on 24 December 2019 - includes dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

A compulsory surcharge of AU$150 per person applies for stays on 31 December 2019 - includes dinner and entertainment. Payable directly to the resort.

A 50% discount applies for kids aged six to 12 years old. No surcharges apply for kids aged six and under.

‘7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Premier Room, Premier Club Room - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and up to two kids aged five and under, OR two adults and one older child aged six to 11 years. See ‘Child Policy’ below.

Bedding:

Existing bedding is one king bed or twin single beds, plus either of the following:

1. One single sofa bed and either one single inflatable bed OR a cot
2. One double inflatable bed

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and airport pick-up, OR one child aged six - 12 years may stay for a surcharge of AU$18 per night sleeping on existing bedding with breakfast and airport pick-up. Payable directly to ther resort.

Baby Policy: Babies aged three years or younger will count towards room capacity. One cot per room can be provided free of charge on request.

Premier Club Room note: Sunset cocktails are substituted for club access when choosing this option. Children are not permitted within the Club Lounge.

Private Pool Villa - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two kids OR three adults and one child. See ‘Child Policy’ and ‘Extra Guest Policy’ above.

Bedding: Existing bedding is one king bed and one single sofa bed or a cot, PLUS a rollaway bed for a surcharge.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, a third adult (aged 13 years and above) may stay on a rollaway bed for a surcharge of AU$70 per night, inclusive of accommodation only. Daily breakfast and airport pickup can be included for a surcharge of AU$36 per night, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a single sofa bed with breakfast and airport pick-up. One child aged six - 11 years and under may stay for a surcharge of AU$36 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed PLUS a surcharge of AU$18 applies for breakfast and airport pick-up. Payable directly to the resort.

Connecting rooms are available in Premier Rooms and Premier Club Rooms only. Please note that connecting rooms may not feature the same bedding configuration.

Club access can be added to Premier Room packages for AU$70 per day, per couple with all Trans Club Lounge privileges. Payable directly to the resort.

Airport pickup is one-way, on arrival only.

Please note: Children are not permitted in the Club Lounge and children aged 12 years and under are not advisable at the 18th Rooftop Bar.

All guests will receive a booklet upon arrival containing all inclusion vouchers and information.

The resort’s on-site Kids’ Club is open between 8.00am and 8.00pm daily. Kids’ Club is valid for children aged 5-12 years of age, all children must be toilet trained and out of nappies.
