Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Ride & Dine Upgrade: Upgrade includes two passes for the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift for two adults, and a one-course lunch each with soft drinks or coffee at Australia’s highest restaurant, Eagles Nest. Please note: the hotel will request further details including full name and date of birth of each guest to book the lift passes. You will be required to select a date during your stay to use your pass. Passes will be available at reception for collection from 7am on the day of arrival, or can be picked up from Valley Terminal Guest Services from 8.30 am. The Kosciuszko Express Chairlift operates from 9am to 4.30pm daily. If the chairlift does not operate on the selected date due to high winds or electrical storms, the tickets will be transferred to another date during the stay. Lift tickets will not be valid after departure dates. No refunds are available. Lunch is valued up to A$35 per person and includes a main each and A$5 for soft drinks or coffee of choice.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. No extra guests can be accommodated.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
